After months of transformation, Zeller’s Quartier will finally reopen its doors on May 5, 2025 – not yet completely finished, but filled with even more heart, charm, and anticipation. With a soft opening, we are celebrating the first steps into a new era: gently, warmly, and full of life. Restaurant Cervus – Bavarian Brasserie with a Twist
The in-house restaurant, Cervus – named after the Latin word for deer – honors the building’s roots: the former inn "Zum goldenen Hirschen" ("The Golden Deer").
Today, this tradition continues in a fresh new way – as a brasserie full of character.
The kitchen offers a modern take on Bavarian, Austrian, and South Tyrolean classics – fresh, light, and with a clear focus on regional ingredients, craftsmanship, and quality.
On the menu: creative dumpling variations, refined game dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan highlights.
The atmosphere? Stylish, cozy, with charming details and plenty of space to enjoy. Whether it’s brunch, a business lunch, or dinner – Cervus is a place where locals from Königsbrunn and visitors come together.

What began in 1919 as the "Zum goldenen Hirschen" inn is now a modern gathering spot for those who live, work, or are just passing through. At the same time, it is a home away from home where guests can feel truly comfortable and at ease.
The host families Dreisbach, Mitzel, and Schuler run the establishment with passion, vision, and the goal of creating a place that connects people – with heart, history, and a future.
